Discover is offering a new card for 2013 to carry your balances into 2014 and beyond. These are the best options to transfer from other higher interest credit cards we have seen since the credit crisis started a few years ago and all the no balance transfer fee cards went away. This is a limited time offer which expires at the end of January. Let's hope the other credit card companies send out similar offers so we can start enjoy more extra months of no interest or a transfer without a fee when this offer ends.
