Amazon-Business-75-Gift-CardOfficeMax and Office Depot could not have merged soon enough and Staple’s may also be on the path to non-existence with the latest announcement from Amazon. The giant eCommerce site is going after small and medium sized businesses with Amazon Business and they have some promotions to make them take notice.

You can register for an Amazon Business Account to earn a free $75 Amazon gift card after making $500 in purchases from the Business, Industrial and Scientific categories good through 6/30/2015. Amazon also upgraded the business account options to include free 2-day shipping on orders of $49 or more. You can also purchase on a line of credit, get special pricing that regular members do not get, and purchase things that only business accounts have access to buy.

How A Business Can Earn A $75 Amazon Gift Card:
Step 1: Register for or sign in to your organization’s Amazon Business account.
Step 2: Spend $500 within Business, Industrial and Scientific Supplies across all purchases with your Amazon Business Account (this includes all associated business user accounts under the main company) before the offer expiration date.
Step 3: A $75 Amazon credit to the business user account within 30 days of the offer expiration date.

To get in on the Amazon Business $75 Gift Card bonus signup you need to enroll by June 30, 2015.

One business owner commented:

I think the benefit is that you don’t have to purchase Amazon Prime for $99 to get free 2-day shipping on “qualified” items. The other benefit would be business pricing that is not available to regular or Prime customers. The ability to add a Purchase Order Number is nice but I won’t be able to use it unless I have an open account with terms instead of paying by credit card. My credit card payments do not go through our PO Accounting Software.
